Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DevDiggers!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the https://devdiggers.com/ website. We assume you accept these terms and conditions by accessing this website, tools, or products.

Do not continue your journey with DevDiggers if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. We strongly advise you to thoroughly review all the points before accessing or downloading our materials.

1. License

We develop digital products specifically for WordPress, which is an open-source platform. Our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License unless stated otherwise.

If you have purchased the lifetime license, then you can use it for the lifetime, and if you have purchased the annual license, then it is valid for one year from the date of purchase then you need to renew it to use it for the following year.

2. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to download the purchased plugin with your license key.

3. Updates

Buyers will receive regular product updates as long as they have an active license period, and they can download the updated plugin zip from their dashboard and then edit it on their site.

4. Support

As a customer of DevDiggers, you will receive complete 24×7 support for your purchase during the entire license active period. If your license has expired, we recommend renewing your license key to continue accessing our support services in the future.

5. Ownership

You do not have the right to claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products. All products belong to DevDiggers and are provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranty. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

All iconography, imagery, CSS, and branding are licensed under a proprietary license for unlimited personal use (unless otherwise specified or falling under GPL) and cannot be redistributed without the explicit written consent of DevDiggers.

6. Site Content

All content on https://devdiggers.com/, including images and documentation, is the exclusive property of DevDiggers. Reproduction of any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. The content from this site is not to be utilized or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of DevDiggers.

By accessing this site, you consent to use your name, brand logo, and other proprietary marks for promotional, informational, and advertising purposes by DevDiggers. You have the right to revoke this consent by submitting a request here.

7. Payments

8. Refunds

Kindly check the refund policy in detail from here.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Look at our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your info – how we collect it, use it, and keep it safe.

10. Price Changes

As a seller, DevDiggers retains the right to change the price of a product at any time or periodically. We also maintain the right to make changes to a product without providing prior notice and to modify, update, or discontinue a product.

11. Custom Coding/Customizations

DevDiggers offers custom coding or customization services on a case-by-case basis. We decide whether to take on a request based on our schedule and commitments. If we agree to help, the charges will depend on what’s needed. These charges cover the coding and testing until we give you the final code. But, any future updates, maintenance, or fixes aren’t included in these charges and will cost extra.

Before we say the project is finished (when we give you the final code), we’ll ask you to test everything and ensure it works correctly. If there are any issues, we’ll look into them and fix them. Once everything is good, we consider the project done.

When we give you the code, we’ll ensure it works with what you already have. But if you make changes later, like adding or removing plugins or changing your website, and there’s a problem, we won’t be responsible. We won’t pay for any issues that come up. This is because websites and plugins can change, and issues might not be because of the code we wrote. We suggest testing everything on a test server before making any changes.

12. Subscription

If you’re using our services, please note that DevDiggers has the right to stop them anytime, but we’ll give you a heads-up.

As a customer, you can stop our services, too, but only after paying any pending bills decided at the time of signup.

The company won’t be responsible to you or any third party for changes in service, prices, suspension, or stopping the service.

Changing your plan level (upgrading/downgrading) will affect your services, but there won’t be a proportional adjustment in billing cycles. Any remaining balance will be managed separately.

Discounts on plugin purchases don’t apply to subscription renewals. Even if you got a discount on a plugin, you’ll need to pay the total price when renewing your subscription.

13. Warranty

Our plugin is designed to work smoothly on a fresh installation of WordPress with WooCommerce/WP eCommerce (or other necessary software along with their correct versions). However, we cannot ensure compatibility with all third-party plugins or web browsers. We won’t be held responsible for any conflicts that may arise with other plugins.

While we strive to offer the best support for our plugins, we will provide assistance with conflicts involving third-party plugins at our discretion or when time permits. Please note that we are not liable for any data loss resulting from the installation of this plugin.

Note: We retain the right to modify our current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
