These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DevDiggers website at https://devdiggers.com and any products or services purchased from us. By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
DevDiggers is a product of DevDiggers Technologies. References to “DevDiggers,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this document refer to DevDiggers Technologies.
1. Products and Digital Delivery
DevDiggers builds and sells premium WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. All products are digital and delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- A download link for the purchased plugin
- Your unique license key
You can also access your downloads and license keys at any time by logging into your account at devdiggers.com/my-account.
Products are also available for purchase on CodeCanyon. Purchases made on CodeCanyon are subject to Envato’s marketplace terms in addition to these terms.
2. Licensing
2.1 License Types
DevDiggers offers two types of licenses:
- Annual License: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the license period, the plugin will stop functioning on your site. To continue using the plugin, you must renew your license.
- Lifetime License: Valid indefinitely from the date of purchase. A lifetime license covers the plugin version available at the time of purchase and all future updates released by DevDiggers, with no renewal required.
2.2 Activation and Site Usage
Each license key is valid for one website only. You may activate your license on one WordPress installation.
If you need to move the plugin to a different website (for example, migrating your store), you can deactivate your current license from your account dashboard and reactivate it on the new site. License resets are managed entirely from your account at devdiggers.com/my-account.
Using the same license key on multiple sites simultaneously is not permitted.
2.3 License Expiry and Plugin Behavior
When an annual license expires, the plugin will stop functioning on your website. Features and functionality provided by the plugin will become unavailable until the license is renewed.
License expiry also ends your access to:
- Plugin updates
- New feature releases
- Bug fixes
- Support from our team
Renewing your license restores full access immediately.
2.4 Plugin Code, Licensing, and What You Actually Get
Our plugins are built for WordPress, which requires all plugins to be GPL-compatible. Like every commercial WordPress plugin, ours carries a GPL license on the underlying code. This is standard across the ecosystem.
What GPL does not change is this: the plugin only works with an active DevDiggers license key. Without a valid license connected to our server, the plugin will not activate and will not function. Plugin files without a license are not a working product.
Our brand name, logo, product names, design assets, imagery, and all non-code creative elements are proprietary and owned by DevDiggers Technologies. They are not covered by the GPL and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without our explicit written permission.
Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the plugin on one website for your license period. No intellectual property is transferred to you.
3. Updates
Active license holders receive all plugin updates released during their license period. Updates include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features.
You can download the latest version of your plugin at any time from your account dashboard and update it on your site manually, or use the built-in WordPress update system if available.
Updates are not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific schedule. We release updates when they are ready and tested.
4. Support
Customers with an active license receive support for the duration of their license period.
Support is provided through the ticket system available at devdiggers.com/my-account/support-tickets. Our team aims to respond to all tickets promptly.
Support covers:
- Plugin configuration and setup guidance
- Bug investigation and fixes for confirmed issues within our plugin
- General usage questions related to the plugin’s documented functionality
Support does not cover:
- Customization requests or building new features
- Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code
- Issues resulting from server configurations or hosting environments outside of standard WordPress requirements
- General WordPress or WooCommerce usage beyond what relates to our plugin
If your license has expired, support access ends. Renewing your license restores support access.
5. Payments
DevDiggers accepts payments via PayPal, Razorpay, and other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full before delivery. We do not offer credit, net payment terms, or installment plans.
5.1 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Discounts applied to an original purchase do not carry over to renewal payments. Renewals are billed at the then-current renewal price.
5.2 Subscription Renewals
Annual licenses will get renewed automatically and you have to cancel them manually if you don’t want any renewal. You are responsible for tracking your license expiry date and renewing on time if continued access is important to your workflow.
If a renewal order was placed with an active discount code, that discount applies only to that renewal and is not guaranteed on future renewals.
6. Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Refunds are considered within 14 days of purchase and only after completing the required troubleshooting process with our support team.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the plugin on one website for the duration of your license period. It does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
All content on devdiggers.com, including text, images, documentation, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of DevDiggers Technologies. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or distribute any content from this website for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.
By using our website and services, you grant DevDiggers the non-exclusive right to reference your name or brand logo for promotional and informational purposes, such as on our website or in case studies. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us through our contact page.
8. Authorized Purchase Channels
DevDiggers plugins are sold exclusively through:
- Our official store at devdiggers.com/store
- Our CodeCanyon portfolio
No other individual, website, or reseller is authorized to sell DevDiggers products. If you purchase a DevDiggers plugin from any other source, we cannot guarantee its authenticity, provide support, or honor a refund request.
9. Custom Development and Customization Services
DevDiggers offers custom coding and development services on a selective basis, subject to our availability.
If we accept your customization request, pricing is determined based on the scope of work. The fee covers development and testing through final code delivery only. Ongoing maintenance, future updates, or additional modifications after delivery are not included and will be scoped and billed separately.
You are responsible for testing the delivered code thoroughly before confirming completion. Once you confirm the work is complete and functioning as expected, the project is considered finalized.
Custom work is compatible with your environment at the time of delivery. If you later install new plugins, change your theme, or modify your site in ways that cause conflicts, DevDiggers is not responsible for those new issues. We recommend testing all changes on a staging environment before going live.
If you need additional support after the project is closed, that will be quoted at 50% of the original customization cost.
Custom development and service fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered.
10. Warranty and Compatibility
Our plugins are built and tested on standard WordPress and WooCommerce installations. We take compatibility seriously and maintain our products to current WordPress standards.
That said, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting environment, or custom configuration that exists. WordPress ecosystems vary significantly.
We will investigate and address confirmed compatibility issues with popular and widely-used plugins at our discretion and as time allows. Issues arising from niche plugins, heavily customized environments, or outdated WordPress or WooCommerce versions may not be within our scope of support.
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from installing, activating, or using our plugins. We strongly recommend keeping regular backups of your WordPress site.
11. Limitation of Liability
DevDiggers products and services are provided on an “as is” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevDiggers Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes but is not limited to revenue loss, data loss, business interruption, or any loss resulting from third-party plugin conflicts.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@devdiggers.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of our refund or support systems, or repeated violations of these terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website and our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we handle your personal data.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
