DevDiggers provides a refund policy for customers within 30 days of their purchase. If the item(s) is found to be defective, not functioning correctly, or lacking features as described on the product page, we will issue a full refund.
We are confident in the functionality of our products, and in the rare event of any issues, our support team is ready to help resolve them.
Please note: We take full responsibility for our plugins and are committed to addressing issues caused by our plugins. However, problems arising from third-party plugins, add-ons, themes, or snippets do not qualify for our support or refund.
Having stated that, if you genuinely believe that the problem originates from our product, we will still process a refund if requested within 30 days of purchase in the case of a malfunction. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be honoured.
Before initiating a refund request with DevDiggers, it is essential to complete the following steps:
- Review the documentation or explore the demo accompanying our products or general tutorials.
- Verify that your server complies with the specifications outlined in the product requirements and WordPress in general [Further details available here].
- To determine if the issue persists, temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all other plugins (except those necessary for our product).
- If problems persist, connect with our support team from the contact page, detailing the steps to replicate the issue. If necessary, grant our team access to your setup to facilitate debugging.
If the issue persists after completing the aforementioned steps and our support team determines that it is unsolvable, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Failure to follow the specified steps will render you ineligible for a refund.
It’s essential to be aware that opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback will not expedite your refund request. We retain the right to refer any case to the fraud department of PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors, potentially resulting in the limitation of your account. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, your account may be permanently blocked.

Note: Refunds will not be granted if you choose not to use the purchased product. Additionally, by requesting and receiving a refund, you forfeit all ownership of your license and agree to discontinue using the product immediately. Refunds do not include any extended feature or conflict with other plugins and software. However, DevDiggers’ products are compatible with every theme or template.
Customers must ensure that they have deleted all the copies/files of our products from their server/host and confirm this via email to our support system.
Note: Refunds will not be granted if installation, consultancy, customization, marketing, or our WooCommerce development services are successfully delivered.
