    The customer support was awesome. They fixed an issue within minutes. Although customizing the email template seemed complicated to me, they offered to modify the plugin with a translation plugin to assist me. Since I’m using a child theme, I simply changed one line from the WooCommerce emails template, which seems to be working fine. Once again, the customer service is incredibly fast and responsive. The plugin works well.
